The FAQ

  • Is Crack House a members-only club?

    No. We are an inclusive club with exclusive benefits. We welcome a la carte booking and are currently by appointment only.

  • Is there a membership limit?

    Yes, we maintain a limited number of memberships to ensure an exclusive environment where members can enjoy personalized treatments and avoid overcrowding.

  • What is the best way to make a reservation?

    Guests are able to reserve appointments online through our website and by calling or texting our Club Concierge directly.

  • Can I drop in without an appointment?

    Currently, we are appointment only. We always encourage guests to make reservations prior to visiting through our website, or by calling the Club Concierge team to ensure they are able to enjoy the services they want.

  • What if I arrive late to my appointment?

    We will always do our best to accommodate tardiness if the schedule allows however full appointments are never guaranteed if late. Appointments past 15 minutes will be automatically canceled with no refund.

  • How long will my visit be?

    Appointment time will vary depending on what has been booked. Vitamin shots and chiropractic follow up appointments are the quickest appointments we offer (5-20 min) with times increasing from there. You can call the Club Concierge if you have any additional questions on the length of appointment time.

  • What should I wear?

    Most people enjoy the space wearing comfortable loungewear or workout clothes. However, you absolutely can wear regular work or street clothes. The sauna requires you to bring a bathing suit, clean towels are provided.

  • Do you have locker rooms/showers available?

    The shower we have is for guests and members that have booked an infrared sauna session or a session in our private contrast suite. We do not have locker rooms, but we do offer privacy for guests while they use the space.

  • How often can I come to Crack House Wellness and what is best for optimal health?

    Every guest’s visit cadence will be different depending on their own personal needs and lifestyle factors. Guests can book a complimentary sit-down with Dr. Russell to assess their various stress factors and create a bespoke plan to best offset each. For the average healthy person who simply wants to optimize their well-being, we recommend 2-3 visits a week to utilize at least 2 body services and one practitioner visit.
